Orchard Park is a town in Erie County, NY. It is a suburb of the city of Buffalo. It is the home of many who are attracted to the town because it is home to the Buffalo Bills, has many restaurants, and a strong local school system. The area is also notorious for the snow it receives yearly. Orchard Park and the surrounding areas receive some of the largest amounts of annual snowfall in the country.
This increases the likelihood of moisture entering the homes in the town. Moisture can cause serious damage to many parts of your home including the roof, your chimney, and your foundation. If your chimney is bowing, the mortar joints are deteriorating, or white staining on the chimney exterior, you likely need chimney repairs. Another big concern for areas that receive a lot of snowfall and/or rain is foundation issues. Homes that have cracks along the foundation walls, uneven floors, or bowing walls, may need
foundation repairs.
